Ok, im so gutted that England lost, 4-1!! well, it should be 4-2,, taht referee is a wanker!

anyway.. i admit Germany played better, i mean England is so shit, without Rio Ferdinand and Beckhams.. Even so,, i cant and probably wont hate England,, after all, i feel like im like this now, because of Britain, and Scotland didnt made it to the world cup then England will be the country that i support as a sign of gratitude to UK..

So,, i will say i love you still England, and my heart is still yours Gerrard!!!!!!

Now,, i will vote for Argentina, and Brazil, maybe even Germany, if my heart heels from this bruises!

Unpredictable World cup..

zzzz,, im typing this blog in the middle of England vs Algeria Game, so excused me if there spelling mistakes or grammar, or functuations, or any other mistakes. really.. It's half time and it's 2.30 in the morning in Indonesia time, and im a bit, ok a LOT frustrated by the English performances, so just bear with me a little...

So far this world cup is so unpredictable!! i mean, first of all you have France that was beaten by Mexico, and then Spain beaten by Swiss and then just a few hours ago GERMAN LOST TO SERBIA!!! come on,, what was that, its like the team that up, that people thought gonna win the world cup loses to the underdog team!! I swear to God, if England now, lose to Algeria or even draw, no more i heart steven gerrard!!!, and i just go support Brazil or Argentina. Brazil has Kaka and Argentina has Messi,,, so yeah ill support one of them, of even both, couldnt really made up my mind yet!!

oh wait,, the game started again,,, gotta go and watch it first, then i will finish this blog, hopefully in the end i will write in a big fat bold letter I heart Steven Gerrard,, (gone to watch the game,,)

World Cup Fever

Who would have thought that me, loves to watch football?? wasnt me that for sure,,, all though cant be surprise, really, after all i did blame my dad for passing his liking of football to me.

to be honest, im not saying that i became fanatic about it, but this world cup really got me hook up and stole my heart, i even slept for 2 hours since this world cup started!

oh well, thanks to God it's only once every 4 years!

Still a little upset by the English performances by the way,, especially the goalkeeper, GREEN! ohh come on that guy should be able to hold on tight to the ball and not letting it slipped away, what the hell was he thinking???? afterward when i saw Fabio Capello andDavid Beckham's faces, i swear to god, those two guys will and im sure done by now murder Green! anyway, the only think that makes me happy watching that game was when the team captain, Steven Gerrard, which in my opinion is totally freaking hot, and i wouldnt mind shouting in front of him 'Marry Me, Steven. I wont do that though as he already had a wife (damn!!). ok, back to my favorite part of the game, Steven Gerrard managed to make the first goal!! so loving it..

German, on the other hand is my second team that i favored to win,Come on, they played beautifully and last night, well two days ago, they managed to humiliate Australia by 4-0. Whoopieee... (ok, pretend didnt just say that XD) Pedolsy and friends has successfully stole my heart!

So in conclusion, if England lose, i will support German!! a bit unstable mind i have there, but i dont freaking care!!!

Sense and Sensibility

One of the best novel from Jane Austen is Sense and Sensibility. I just love that book, it reaaly touches your heart, and it made me thinking that sometimes i do thing without using my senses or sensibility. LOL
anyway just finished downloading film 2 versions of sense and sensibility, the one with the all stars (1995); Alan Rickman (LOVE HIM!, he doesnt look like prof Snape here, so that's a plus), Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet and of course Hugh Grant. They all terrific (read: especially alan rickman, he's just painfully, drop dead gorgeous (i'm sick, i fancy an old man)). The second version (2008) is from bbc, again no complai, coz the one who play Colonel Brandon is also drop dead gorgeous. As you can see Colonel Christopher Brandon is my fav character, i mean come on, he's been ingnored by Marianne Dashwood but in the end he still loved her so come on say it wiith me 1.. 2... 3.. Awwwww.
So there you go folks, if you love Jane Austen dont forget to watch it..

The Meaning of the name

When i was younger, and i have to admit even now, when i wrote my name, my full name i always feel annoyed at my parents for giving me such long name and why does it have to be star with an 'A'. A name that starts with an A usually always the first one to be called in school and i used to hate that because i dont have time to prepare it. Another complain about a long name is that, you get tired of it, especially if you have to do colour the round bits on answering sheet with 2B pencil. You also get tired correcting people, teacher, even your friends when they pronounced your name wrong.

But all that complained reminds me the reason why my parents naming me with such long name that hard to pronounce even for Indonesian people. it has hidden meaning that im sure im the only one who has a name like, well not 'della' im sure many people named della.

Andrillasari Vidella Astoeti Munarto

my full name.. isnt it unique and beautiful (narcistic mode)

Andrillasari actually consist of three words that i found myself speechless when my father told me. An is from Anugrah, meaning it's a 'gift'. Dr is for Dari or in English is 'from' and illa is Illahi, or 'God'. so if you put it together Andrilla is Anugerah Dari Illahi. Nice Right? As for the Sari, its actally originated from my mum's name Shinta Puspitasari, that shows how much my dad loves my mum. All my sisters actually has Sari on it.

Vidella, hmmm.. this is the hard one, because both my dad and mum contributed on that name. my mum claimed she's got it when she was reading this magazine that she read on an article about a women whose named was Vidella, (i, actually thought i was the only one that has that name, i mean come on, della: so many, Vidella: not so many) a really hard working lass. my mum fell in love with that name, that she has to name one of her daughter with Vidella. So, when my mum was pregnant with me, she told my dad about this name thing, and my dad agreed only with different reason. his was because the year that i was born, which is in the year of Nelson Madella (1990) . he thought by naming me after one of the great leader in the world, he was hoping that, someday, his little girl will become a fine leader herself and so, vidella it is.

Astoeti, same like Sari, Astoeti is from my dad's side. all my girl cousins from my dad's family has Astoeti on their name. So it wasnt a surprise when my dad told me behind that name.

Munarto, no need an introduction here, Munarto is my dad's name and im proud wearing that name, it's a shame though that i dont have a brother,, lol

so, that's my name, and every time i started to feel annoyed at my parents i always thinks about the reason behind it, and it always put the smile back on my face and it makes me prouder than ever for having such a great name and someday i hope i can make my dad and mum proud. starting with the graduation certificate which insyaallah i will be receiving it next year. and on that day i will be proud seeing my name on that paper with a few adding alphabets on it after Munarto. ;)

I know it's my exams week, but i couldnt resist on watching this wonderful film,, well, if you like fantasy and film and just happened that your fav book as a child is Alice In Wonderland, the i definitely recommend you to watch this movie..beside,, Johnny Depp is So cool,, not to mention Helena Bonham Carter is so funny playing the red queen,, as i remembered correctly, one of her quote was 'Off With The Head' LOL...

Even though the first scene a bit boring, but you will love it as the movie goes on, but if you dont like to watch fantasy movie, give it a go,, not one of the best movie, but it is a movie that worth to watch in the cinema..

Cursing first day of exam

I'm cursing, and, cursing... i know its bad, but hey i'm only human, and i really need to cursed!!!
anyway, not so good on my first day of exams,, today was about Indonesia Foreign Policy, and it was hard!! and to top it, i didnt get to finished it because of the stupid time!!! I have one more number to finish!! grrr......

And then the diplomacy test is not good as well,,, hate it!!

I don't know what is happening to me, since my sister's graduation till now, i have this really bad cold that just wont go away with medicines. altough now i've been better, but still next week is my exams week, my midterm test, and i still need to do my assignments, i just cant get sick now, even though i love the attentions my parents gave me when i'm sick. lol

for the p[as couple of days, i wasnt able to log in blogger i dont know why, i think google has a problem with me for some reason, and now when i'm in the middle of my assignment, google decided that they want me back, as a result i have to leave my Indonesia's Foreign Policy's assignment until my mood back, hopefully soon though as the due date is tomorrow!!

anyway just telling you peeps, that my sister, Rinda has been officially out of uni!! yipeee less burden for my dad, coz now he's only have to pay for my uni's and dhaning i guess. And now my sister is actually working in NTT, for 6 month, im gonna miss her terribly, but i guess it's time to let her go and do some works and pay back all the things that my parents gave.. lol!! hopefully i get to follow you next year, mba rinda!!

Just want to say thanks to my friends, for the birthday gift,, i love it, even though there are no surprises, since i picked the gift by myself,, lol.. since i've moved back here in Indonesia, i've been trying to find english novels that are affordable,, I found it,, yippee, weell it's not in bandung actually but in Jakarta... doesnt matter coz now i have the complete novels of Jane Austen, all seven of them (bday gift from KBK) and i found LIttle Women by Louisa May Alcott..

When, I visit Jakarta again, ill be sure to drag my parents to KUNOKUNIYA... I feel like i'm in heaven,, I miss reading English Novels...

hmmm

it's been two days in a row, all i did was hanging out with my friend till night, no wonder my dad a bit snappy at me, lol..

yesterday was me and mira treat day, damn those indonesian traditional, who made those traditional that when it's your birthday you have to treat your friends?? anyway, im glad that mira's birthday was on january as well, then we can treat our friends together. lol!

anyway, we ate at this cafe called bober, nice place to hangout, we took LOTS of pictures, that i'm sure that people are whispering. last night i stayed late until 11pm, and now because i want to do something and not thinking about those assignments, couple of my friends went out again until 11 again, jeez so much for studying. and guess what we took lots of pictures again.. lol

maybe i should stop this staying out till night, dont want my dad to murder me then bring me to life and murder me again. in my defense, when you surrounded by your friends, i guess you juast forget about everything including the TIME! another reason why I should get meself a boyfriend, LOL, been single too long,, LMAAAAAAO,, nah i think i need to focus with my uni first, and then when i graduate, i can find that soulmate of mine.. LOL

What Do I want?

Ok, heres a penny thoughts, it kinda freak me out now, that my sister has completed her uni years, congratulations by the way my dear sister. She is now looking for jobs and jobs as well as a scholarship for masters degree. When I helped my sister browsing the net for information on both, it kinda makes me think what do I want to do when i finish my study???

I know, I know, Seminar and my thesis should comes first, but hey when you all done those things but haven't figure out what you wanna do, it kinda scared the hell of me.

So let's just pretend that i've finished my seminar and my thesis with flying colour(LOL!!), and now i'm looking for my job, coz let's face it i dont want to be a woman who just sit around in your house, cooking, cleaning, taking care of your kids, and then waiting for your hubby to get back from work (not offense to those who actually doing that, My mum :D) I want to work, I mean i'm four years in Uni and then hopefully i will be able to do my masters degree, after that im just staying at home??!! I dont want that.

Let's recap, I took International Relations as my major, so the ideal job will be an ambassador for your country in another country. Cool job, especially if you get placed in France or Italy. .... here's the problem, for me diplomacy is not my strongest point, sure being an ambassador is not just negotiations, diplomaciing (is that even a word?) many things that ambassador should do, but let's face it you need to be good at talking to people. So I guess ambassador is an option for me, but i have to think it through first.

Another options will be News Anchor or reporter, sure it uses a lot of talking and creativity, but every time i watch news, my adrenaline would go high, at one point i actually want this job so much! I don't know why, but i want to be a news anchor, I have to works hard for that, but hey if you want something you need to work hard!

Working in Non Governmental Society is another choice for me, It will help boost my confidence to work with other people, especially i work in NGO that helps with women or environment, gender and globalwarming, two of the global issues that still hot.

Bank. I dont mind working in a bank, why? because you get all these insurances and the money is great, especially if you work in customer service or teller, you get this salon subsidy!! lol spa every week for me!!! and because i like to do make up, and dress up, it will be good for me,, LOL!!

I might apply to all and see which one do I get, For now, my short plan are to work hard this semester so I get a good GPA, thinking about my seminar, Do my seminar, Do my thesis, and then hopefully in July or October 2011, i will be graduate!! First day Of Uni..

First of all, I like to wish everyone a happy new year,, hahaha better late than never right?? and again my disease of laziness to post a blog has emerge again... Tonight will be a lucky night for my blog,, cozz Harmony i do miss you much..

After a long holiday,, finally i started my Uni again,, this time i'll be in my 6th semester or in my third year,, so hopefully, finger cross,, Two more Semester or one more year, ill be out of Uni and then my name will have a tail -> Andrillasari Vidella Astoeti S.IP*. AMIN!!!!!!! although when i think about it, it kinda freak me out, i mean i have no idea for my seminar, let alone my thesis!! I have to figure out soon, coz damn it, seminar will be next semester, which mean i have less than six months to think!! any advice about International Relations (When i was little i used to hate politics, and now that becomes my daily meal!)..

Back to the title, Because of the holiday i used to wake up really, really noon, even my mum shout at me

" Ade,,, MAU TIDUR SAMPE KAPAN?? ANAK GADIS BANGUN SIANG-SIANG"

Dont you hate that?? and waking up at noon has became my habit over the holiday, that's why today, i knew i have class at 7 am,, and I overslept, so i'm late and when i get to my uni, i was running whilst trying to catch my breath, and when i get to the class, guess what?? the teacher is not there!! i waited, waited, and i waited some more,, butt noooooo, no teacher, God, whats the running for then?? and finally, after waiting for about 35 minute, i get out of class... sucks right?? i know!

and then the class i have at 4 pm has been canceled.. man,I hate this.. I paid my uni, and this is how they treat us!!!!???

It's 11 pm now in Indonesia,, and i'm still no tired yet,, another disease that i picked over my holiday.... Insomnia!

Gosh,, I think it has become my horrible habit, exciting to post a new.. .. post.. and then become lazy afterward and 'forgetting' to write a new post again... then again, who will read it anyway. . But not to worry my faithful readers (why do I keep saying that??) i can assure you that i'm not dead, hibernating maybe, but NOT DEAD!

hmmm, what to write?? what to write?? Oh i know! 2012!!! why do i want to write that? because that movie has totally, successfully, and officially a controversial movie... Many said and i'm sure many people believe (although some wont admit it) that there has been rumored that in the year of 2012, will be the end of the world... (and i dont know why i chose that icon,, i just think its cute!! haha).. Back to the topic, anyway, yesterday couple of friends and I watched it,, and all i can say that COOL EFFECT!! other than that it was an OK film for me. and the guy who'd play Adrien was cute.. LOL.. It's a controversial movie, because many believes that this movie will ruin your mind and it will haunt you and made you scared of the coming 2012.. I personally believe that NO ONE will know the end of the world, so don't be scared just because you've watch it and then you plan to suicide just because you don't want to face it.. I mean, Come ON!! it was just a movie!! But the again, it's up to you how your minds work,, 2012 may or may not the end of the world, nobody know that except ALLAH SWT, and all we can do is pray do good deeds more.. Dont let your mind ruin by some fiction movie.. So your pick if you want to watch it or not..

Boring as usual this so called holiday/semester pendek (SP), and to top it all today the 16th of July 2009 i have nothing to do and just stayed at home doing nothing at all. well, just browsing the net and dance around the room like some crazy women, which in my defence is one of the best excercise ever.. LOL...

Anyway, got boring with the Internet, i went looking for some dvd to watch and found my FRIENDS dvds series. So happy i finally watch it again. As most of you know, Friends is one my favourite Tv show ever apart from Ugly Betty of course, so watching it agan is like a little girl who lose her candy bar then her mama just bought her new candy bar thing. great feeling.

Watching Friends made me a wee bit jealous, i mean no offense to my friends, they know i love them dearly. It just that someday in the future i can have a life like the characters in friends, like Rachel Karen Green, her life is almost perfect, se has a job that sho loved so much, friends that always there when she needed them, a boyfriend (or husband, warner Bros didnt tell us if Rachel and Ross married or not) that adored her and of course her gorgeous baby girl. But most of all the friendship that lies with the 6 of them. who wouldnt want that...

Oh well, I'm sure nobody is perfect, they look perfect because it just a show,, but men oh men.. i love the friendship thing, i mean i love my friends too but let face it guys, our friendship isnt so great now, and i wish it can be back to being normal or just like when we're in the beggining.. just hang aroung, laughing till it hurts, watching movies then hang out in J.CO eating frozen youghurt.. fgossiping about something that really is not important.. i miss those days, i really do...

anyway back to FRIENDS, i miss the show so much, it's been endng about 4 years ago and i do hope they make a sequel os just FRINDS:The Movie. Im absolutely sure that Friends fans will be excited....

Tomorrow will be officially Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I've been waiting for this since i read the 6th book which was what 3-4 years ago.. and now i got to finally see it. just bought the ticket, and y friends and I are gonna watch it on Friday after Uni.. Yipee!!!!!

Sebenarnya, aku pinginnya sih nonton yang 3D, berhubung yang 3D keluarnya tanggal 29 Juli, too long!! we cant wait that long!! lol,, but i got a feeling that im gonna watch Harry Potter twice.. Coz i made a promise with my high schools friends, that i'll be watching wiv them as well.. lol Now i'm really, really, really bankrupt!!!!!!

Dan tadi pas pulang, naik angkot yang gilaa!! supirnya itu, mmm ngebutnya minta ampun udah gitu nyelap nyelipnya itu, Bersyukur i made it to my home safely...

Hiya Peeps,,,

Long time isnt it?? I know, I know you guys must miss me so much and i miss you guys tooo .. lol well, can't blame a girl for being busy in her not so called fantastic life,, but hey i manged it so far and hopefully will mange it all the time.

Now that is summer in Indonesia and i can feel the July breeze here with the sun shining all the way that made my face all read.. but i still love being here surrounded by my family and friends. Talking about friends, i kinda miss hang out with my best gals, i mean when we were in Semester 3 and 4, we always hanged out together, all 9 of us, but now it kinda hard to get together again.. hopefully it is not just one year friendship.. i'll be sad if that happen.. you know i love you guys!!

Moving on,, early before semester 4 started, my dearly beloved father and I made a pact, which says that if this semester i got nice GPA (by nice means my GPA neesd to be 3 above), my dearly FATHER will buy me a new mobile phone. and guess what, i manged it, my GPA above 3,, kinda surprise him though, but happy all the way, his best daughter (me) got a good GPA, lol... anyway, about a week ago, i asked about our little deal, and guess what?? he said he will think about it!!!??!! now that like a bomb being dropped to my body. we had a deal DAD!!! and im not like asking him to buy me Iphone (although that will be great!) noo,, I'm asking him nokia E75,, that's not much right .... oh well, for now im just gonna keep praying that he will remember the deal we made and do his part of deal, i've done it and so should he... This is what I want dad!!

Thanks to connie and anash who had been washing my brain with all Korean Film and series drama, Im now addicted to Boys Before Flower, well Kim Bum actually.. I now can say that I'm hopelessly Devoted, in love with KIm Sang Bum.. Who isnt? well hopefully you wont!! and now my i'm waiting for his next film,, *sighes* *double-double sighes*

Speaking of films, im' now officially on the verge of being bancrupt!!! i spend this week watching in cinema and let just say my money for this month already gone half of it and today is only the 10th and as i remember clearly, July is the summed up of 31 days!!! I am so dead~! i mean i know i sould manage my money carefully, but who can blame me, July is full of films that are worthy watching in cinema. There are Transformer (2 thums up) then ice age !!! not to mention Harry Potter that will be out next week... i wish i have more money ...

that's all i can say people,, hopefully i can write again anytime soonn, now that i remember i love to write blog.. it's so fun!! byeee peeepss....

OH Mon Dieu,,

OMG!! lol, havent updating ma blog for awhile, and now its kinda dusty,, lol

i know, i know havent been so nice, and trying ti update this, but then again only a few people read ma blog, so im fine with it..

anyway,, today havent been good for me. its time of the month and im feeling kinda shity, i even cried in a class for goodness sake. i have to called ma big sis to take me home, coz there way im continuing ma class, when ma tummy hurt like hell!! ma mom told me if this pain continue for a few months when im having ma period, i have to check up,,, noo i dont want that... so finger cross no more pain for the next couple of months...

Download limewire now, and i can donlot songs now. lol,, so any suggestions for songs,, coz i really need some sources about what songs are good to hear..

anyway,, just found out that Dedy Mizwar is up for president,, shocked??! i know i am,, but i still dunno whos his parnert??,, oo well. ma feeling is that SBY will continur running for president,, as for me i still dunno who to pick, i mean a lot of them are just not very promising, so,, is either SBY or not picking at all (which btw, is haram according to MUI) so back to zero.. huhuhu...

Hi all,, guess what??? Im nineteen,, yea baby.. im older now. a bit sad though, ma age berkurang setaun,, hahahahahaha..

Well, its a traditions in Indonesia, that when it's ur birthday you have to have treat ur friends, wether its watching a movie or having lunch, As for me, im glad that i have Mira (also having bday on 19th January) to treat our friends together, so in fairness, i treat my friends by buying them lunch, and mira for paying the karaoke,, lol..

Yesterday was great, me, mira, conni, nadia, soraya, tya, gita, anas and tety went to celebrate my bday n mira's. The girls bought me n mira a really cute doll, very cute guys, thank u so much.. love ya bitches!! after having lunch in ampera, we went to karaoke in Lemmonade in Paris Van Jave,, we stayed late, that my father had to called for my whereabouts,, it's worth it though,,

As the day couldnt get better, when i went home, there's a package waiting for me, and it turned out to be my present from Echie, ma gal.. Thanks echie,, i couldn asked for a better gift..

All im saying is that i have ma family n my girls who really cares about me, even though i dont have you darling,,, (curahan hati dikit ya LoL)

Happy and sad at the same time, that holiday is nearly over.. I mean there are not many things to do around here when u r in holidays and the rest of ur family not. My closest friends does not live in Bandung, that's why im kinda glad that Holiday is over for me...

Bayar Uang Kuliah yang Melelahkan

Okay, Semester 4 akan berlangsung buat gue, Tapi sebelum mmemulai perkuliahan yang sangat 'ditunggu - tunggu', gue sebagai mahasiswi, harus membayar uang kuliah dulu yang by the way, jumlahnya tidaklah dikit.

Universitas Katolik Parahyangan atau yang biasa disebut Unpar memang terkenal akan 'pelit nilai' dan 'mahal'. tapi sebelom masuk unpar, gw ga percaya dan sekarang gw baru ngerasa kalo unpar memng mahal tenan!!!!!

Karena gue, dan kakak gw kuliah di unpar, maka mahalny menjadi dua kalilipat. Dan karena itu juga, gw jadi nggak tega untuk minta uang ke bokap!! "Daddy, thanks very much". Dan karena nggak teganya itu jadi, gw dan kakak gw minta uang di akhir, dan hari ini, tepat tanggal 5 January 'seharusnya' adalah batas hari terakhir untuk bayar kuliah.

Ya udah, gw dan mba gw pergi ke kampus untuk bayar uang kuliah di Bank Permata, dan tau apa yang terjadi??? NGANTRINYA minta ampun, gw bisa tidur dulu kali sampi giliran gw,, nampaknya semua orang pada mikir hal yang sama, berarti lain kali gw ga boleh nunda-nunda untuk bayar kuliah,,

Anyway, Busway, baru ngantri beberapa menit, mba gw memberikan ide yang cukup cemerlang, "de, gimana kalo kita bayar di cabang Permata yang lain?" So, kita akhirnya menuju Bank Permata yang ada di Cihampelas, dan ternyata oh ternyata; tetep aja PENUH!!!!!! belum patah semangat, kita menuju Bank Permata di Jalan Merdeka, dan bisa tebak juga; PENUH!@!!!! (and it's not helping that ma car nearly broke down in the middle of the road!)

akhirnya kita menuju Bank Permata yang deket Cizz (btw, cizz adalah tempat cheesecake yang enak bgt!!) dan, walaupun penuh masih baik dibanding dengan permata2 lainnya,, tapi karena nomor urut yang mba gw ambil masih cukup lama, maka kita makan dulu di bumbu desa (hmmm, Sundanese Food!!)

But that's not the end of it people, after paying the college fund, kita ketemu sama temen mba gw, and here are the conversations:

Temen mba gw: Rin, lo ngapain disini?
Rinda: Bayar kuliah, lah lo nggak bayar kuliah?
( btw, gw cuman ikut denger sambil cengar cengir)
Temen mba gw: lah kan batas bayar kuliah di undur jadi tanggal 8!!
Gw dan Rinda: WHAT!~!!!?????

yea, well, lets just leave it like that....

pokonya ntar lagi kalo mau bayar kuliah, nggak boleh pas hari batas!! haram hukumnya!!!!!

wow, udah nggak kerasa ya udah taon 2009,, perasaan baru aja ngerayain ganti taon ke 2008, eh tau2 udah 2009...

2009,, hmmm harusnya kita punya resolusi, tp ntah kenapa setiap membuat resolusi, ga pernah dikerjaain, n im sure i speak for everyone.. kalo taun sekarang, resolusi taon ini harus punya nilai GPA yang bagus dan punya pacar,, wakakakakakakak biar ga ada jodoh2in ma mamah,, which reminds me that my bday is in 27 days.. lol.. hahah gw bakal menjadi 19,, masih muda ya... tapi kenapa bokap masih minta cucu dari gw, padahalkan mba gw udah mau 22 harusnya bokap minta cucu ke dia, bukan ke gw.....

ya taon ini harus lebih baik pokoknya, harus banyak bersyukur dan harus mengurangi keluhan,,,

Hadoh,, udah lama sekali gw ga blogging,, sorry guys it seems that ive been busy lately (always ana excuse!! lol) iyalah, ga sibuk gimana coba, minggu ini kan UAS jd gw harus mempersiapkan diri dan semoga mendapatkan nilai GPA yang memuaskan yang bisa membuat daddyku berkata "bapak bangga sama kamu nak!!" wakakakakakakakakak, amin all the way and mohon doanya dari temen2 semua,,,,

berhubung minggu ini adalah minggu terakhir kuliah sebelum libur yang amat sanagat panjang, gw jadi bingung ntar liburan kemana ya?? ada referensi ga?? masa gw ngelumut, ngebangke, nyampah dirumah selama sebulan. Please deh!! ga level.. (wakakakakakak)...

although, yang pasti ntar tanggal 25 December ada arisan keluarga di Yogyakarta, sebenarnya sih lebih ke kumpul2 keluarga, bayangin bapakku 12 bersaudara, jadi bisa kebayangkan sepupu yang gw miliki, bisa bikin kelompok army tuh....

Statistika Sosial VS Twilight

OK, hari ini, sudah dimulai dan sudah berlalu. Gw ceritanya baru beres ujian akhir semester mata kuliah Statistika Sosial yang btw sampai sekarang gw masih bingung kenapa anak HI belajar Statistika!!!!!

Anyway, karena nilai UTS gw jeblok, a.k.a so baddd!!! I have to do this exam really well, kalau ga pengen ngulang (amit2)...

Dan ternyata oh ternyata, Hampir semua jawaban gw dan temen gw beda!! ohh mudah2an yang gw yang bener!! wakakakakak..... sudah stress ga karuan, kami berenam (gw, connie, anas, gita, pricil and Mira) decided to watch TWILIGHT!!!! one word OMG, wait thats three words!!

You guys should watch it, and by the end of the movie im pretty sure all the girls will be in love with Robert Pattinson.. Sure he's yummy, but im more in love with his actions rather than his looks!! lol!! oh he is so gentleman, that what a perfect man should do!!!

Kenapa ya, sebelom mau ujian, serasa belom siap untuk di hadapi,, padahal ujian adalah hal penting untuk mendapatkan GPA yang bagus, dan sekarang gw masih utang GPA bagus untuk bokap Gw...

Oh ya, sebelom mulai merocos ga jelas, gw mau ngucapin Happy Birthday buat Nadia, tersayang... Nadia umurmu dah 20 tahun jangan kelojotan kalo deket kecengan.. hehehehehe piss, girl dan lo mesti berterimakasih kepada KBK (kelompok Bermain Kodok) yang dipimpin oleh Soraya sebagai ketua dan Tety sebagai wakil ketua!!

kemaren tanggal 6, gw dan KBK pergi ke acara Temu Akrab Hubungan Internasional yang dibuat oleh angkatan 2008. dari kampus jam 6 sore, balik2 jam 2.30 dini hari, pulang nginep dikosan connie dan kita yang bukanny tidur masih ngobrol setengah jam, baru pergi ke alam mimpi dan bangun2 jam 11.. hehehehehe kalo nyokap gw tau, pasti udah dimarahin...

Dalam acara T.A.H.I ada yang namanya slow dabce, dan maaf pada KBK gw ga bisa slow dance bareng kalian semua,, wkwkwk (tau ndirilah ya!!) trus ada acara band2 gt,, ah seneng banget ikutan acara seperti itu sebagai penikmat, bukan panitia!!

dan hari Selasa besok, ujian akhir semester dimulai dan gw masih blom siap!! semoga pas Hari H, gw siap.. amin!!!!

Sorry guys, i havent been updating my blog for awhile.. been busy with this stupid paper!! and other social things in UNI..

Last Saturday adalah acara Pratice in Diplomacy, for angkatan 2005, gw sebagai angkatan bawah menjadi panitia yang menyelenggarakan dan capeknya minta ampun.. gw ga bisa posting foto2nya disini, if anyone wants to see it, please check out ma facebook!!

dan senen kemaren acara suka suka night yang diselenggarakan oleh angkatan 2008, gw dateng dunk, karena gw sebagai mentor harus menyediakan tarian yang heboh, and again pics can be seen on ma facebook.

Dan hari ini, gw akhirnya menyelesaikan tugas KPI gw. dan temanya adalah 'Pandangan FPI dan Alqaeda dalam Membela Islam' berat ga sih??? lolol.. tadinya gw mau bikin FPI dan Taliban,, tetapi karena tidak menemukan buku tentang Taliban, akhirnya gw membuat tentang Alqaeda.

Hari ini gw bener2 yang namanya tancap gas, Berhubung hari ini gw libur ga ada kuliah, jadinya dari jam 8 pagi sampai jam 5 sore gw tancap gas dengan paper KPI, dan hasilnya beres 11 halaman, dengan 3300 kata (min 3000, maks 3300) dan footnote segala.. gw seneng banget, soalnya itu tugas terakhir sebelum UAS.. moga dapet nilai bagus, amin!!!

eh tunggu, masih ada tugas FILIL!! OMG, GW LUPA!! argggghhhhhh, balik lagi ke stress mode nih.. huehuehue

ya sudah gw off dulu ya,, mau istirahat, jari gw pegel bgt abis KPI!!

Tugas dan Tugas!!

OMG!!!! kenapa setiap menjelang ujian akhir pasti tugas udah numpuk kaya gunung. Saking numpuknya, gw hanya bisa melototin aja sambil berharap tugas selesai dengan sendirinya. Dosen - Dosen tuh kayaknya seneng banget ya bikin mahasiswanya menderita .

Anyway, today i just Found out that tugas KPI deadlinenya tanggal 2 Desember, gimana nggak stress coba!! apalagi stuktur paper yang diinginkan dosen baru disampaikan hari ini!! Oh no!! gimana nasib,,, Gw sendiri aja masih bingung mau buat tema apa. tugasnya emang disuruh bikin perbandingan antara kekuatan Politik yang ada di Indonesia dengan kekuatan Politik luar negeri. Contoh: perbandingan Partai Demokrat di Indonesia dengan Partai Demokrat di U.S.

Masalahnya terletak pada 'Tema apa yang akan gw ambil?' Pada paper pertama gw mengambil tema tentang Front Pembela Islam dan gw udah punya beberapa buku tentang Islam di Indonesia dan tentang FPInya itu sendiri. Tetapi, oh tetapi gw bingung. Kalau gw ngambil FPI lagi, dengan apa gw bandingkan FPI? masa sama Al Qaeda atau Taliban??!???? teman, gw butuh inspirasi!!!!!!

BTW, gw jadi teringat sesuatu, Gw kan mahasiswa HI (ci ileh, nyombong gitu kesannya!!) , dan seharusnya blog gw itu berbobot tentang masalah internasional. tetapi kenapa pas gw check ulang blog gw, yang ada hanya tulisan-tulisan yang amat sangat tidak penting.. wakakakakakaka Gw harus mulai menulis blog dengan bobot yang keren dan yang bisa membuat semua orang berkata kepadaku "wah della, tulisan lo tentang masalah2 di internasional maupun dalam negeri keren sekali membuat kita2 jadi terpesona untuk masuk HI", and of course gw jadi bisa memberi inspirasi buat kalian semua .....

Howz you people doing???? hope doing fine..

This week has been very colourfull to me.. many things happened, like ma marks for ma exam a month ago finally came out, annnnnnnnddddddd..... lets just say that if im not back for couples of days then you peeps need to dig me up from ma grave after ma dad murder me... ok thats a bit exagerating, but yeah that will happen to me if ma da found ma marks.... although the good news is not just me who gets the horrible marks, almost everyone got it.. well who cant blame us. afterall ma uni is famous for giving low marks to every student!!!

And then i thought, what could possibly cheer us up?? and then one of ma friend, suggested KAREOKE!!!!! so, yesterday after class, we went on our mission and we kareoke for two hours long!! ma voice was gone by then..

Enaugh about kareoke, Yesterday or two days ago, a stranger walked up to me n said that i look like Cinta Laura!!! ok that was the 11th person (thats rite, i counted) that said i look like cinta laura!!!! and i still dont se where!! to try n find out, i took a bunch of pics, well, the planned was to find which part of ma face that look like cinlau. But then i become narcis wiv the camera lol. altough i found one, on ma mom's opinion the pic that loook a little bit like cinta laura (i dont think so though).

Today, my sister n I went to vertex to buy dvd, our planned was to buy America's Next Top Model, but its not out yet, so we looked around for a bit. and then i found Little Women!!! finnally, ive benn lokking for it for ages, and ive got it now. As you know, little women is one of ma fav book ever. Hola!!!

It's one am on a very not so warm night or morning in Bandung The shitfull yet lovely place i call home. anyway, me, The Della Munarto for the fourth nightalready couldnt sleep. I dunno what is wrong wiv me. Usually, on a normal day, i was already feeling comfy on ma own bed huggingby ma favourite teddy bear called syprus (dunno why i called him that!!) dreaming me dating the-so-handsome Sean Biggerstaff (ok, that's a bit exaggerating) but the point is i usually already slept by 11 and even most time by 9. lol!!

And now here i am typing away on ma computer, nobody here wiv me and ma dad's snores as a company. before typing this, i was surfing through bebo.com and was looking for some pictures from Harry Potter. Anddddddddddddd........................

What would it be if Draco and Hermione together???!!! WAS I SHOCKED????!! no.. the answer is no i wasnt shocked. if you are like me, and read fanfiction.net, you will be in love with this odd pairing. I know it sounds crazy, but oh is like the music NO DOUBT 'Underneath It All', salt and sugar, bitter and sweet, yea all the oppsite kinda things and it's not like it's hermione/snape pairing... Ewwww that's just gross!!. You'll get the idea, once you start reading fanfiction.net. anyway, busway, motorway, myway, i found really cute pics of them together. I know the pics are mad but who cares rite?? well, maybe emma and tom will!! lol

Demam Obama!!

well, first thing first, I would like to congrate Barry Soetoro or as we all know the great Barrack Obama to become the very first Afo-American President of USA!! And also i would like to give ma very own simpathy to the great John McCain, he is a great senator and i really appreciate his lost speech.

As we all know, not just in America that really want Obama to win, i'm sure in any other world wants a change that Obama offered on his campaign. Especially Indonesia. I'm pretty sure more than half people supported Obama rather than McCain. Well, that understandable, Obama used to stayed in Indonesia when he was 6 year old. When his mother divorced Barrack Husein Obama senior and married to Lolo Soetoro and lived in Indonesia for about four years. Barrack even has a half sister called Maya Soetoro.

I'm guessing that is the main reason why Indonesian's people supported Barrack Obama, and that including me. Barrack or Barry (his nickname in Indonesia) when to school in SDN Menteng and from so many sources, Obama used to read Pancasila and sang Indonesia Raya, Indonesia anthem every Monday. But we have to know one thing, we cant depend that Barrack Obama elected to be the president can affect Indonesia. One thing for sure, Obama need so many years to fix his own country let alone think about Indonesia. And that another reason why Obama elected, American people believes that Obama is the man to change American from the failure of the President Bush. One of Obama promises is to pull out the army from Iraq ang using more soil energy rather that depending another country for oil. Even on his campaign he said that he will raise the tax for rich people, it did not make Obama less popular, He even won the vote in the state that many people beleives in Republican.

Well, let's hope that Obama will success becoming the 44th Prsident.

Reflection on My Life

Why is life so frustrated?
Why can we just live the way it is?
or life has been written in a stone..

I dont know, sometimes i think life is so perfect for me
and then some other time life is just full of Sh*t.
either way, i must praise Allah SWT for giving me life that i would not want to switch.

Have to the perfect daughter for my parents..
Have to be the perfect sibling for my sisters..
Have to be the perfect friend fore my friends..
But i can't do that, because i'm just a human being who made mistakes through my life
And the good thing is they all understand me just the way i am.

So for my parents, I want to thank you, mum and dad for giving me the best 18 year of age, for loving, protecting, raising me with all your hearts..

For my sisters, i want to thank both of you for giving me the cozy, laughable home. stand by me through my happiness and sorrow...

For my friends, i want to thank you all for being there for me, laugh with me, cry with me, shopping with me, narcis with me lol, have fun with me, working with me, above all i wanna thank for being ma friends!!!

Life i have right now, i would not change it for anything in the world, cause the mistakes i made, it makes me the better person I am..

GINTRE!!!

Hai kawan...

Akhirnya gintre sudah selesai juga,,, hmmm pasti banyak yang wondering GINTRE itu apa?? well, Gintre adalah singkatan dari Gathering and Introduction International Relations. Kegiatan ini adalah perkenalan kuliah jurusan Hubungan International kepada mahasiswa baru. Setiap tahun senior yang satu tahun diatas mahasiswa baru diwajibkan untuk menyelenggarakan acara ini. contohnya pada tahun ini, gw, sebagai angkatan 2007 wajib menyelenggarakan acara ini untuk anak - anak 2008 dan seterusnya. Dan kita peserta maupun panitia diwajibkan mengenakan pakaian kemeja, blazer, rok dan sepatu pantofel yang min hakny hrs 3 cm (buat cewe ini)!!!! parah banget, kaki gw besoknya pegel2, bayangin dari jam 4 subuh (oh ya panitia hrs ada di kampus jam 4 subuh) sampai jam 6 sore haru pakai high heels!!!!

Gintre itu sendiri acaranya adalah simulasi sidang PBB (United Nations) keren kan????? jadi mahasiswa baru dibagi kelompok. setiap kelompok terdiri dari 7 orang, dan kelompok tersebut pura-puranya sebagai perwakilan negara - negara bisa dibilang sebagai duta besar sebuah negara dan para panitia (2007) menjadi staff united nations.. keren abis ga tuh??? oh ya, setiap negara harus mempunyai 2 maskot yang membawa negara tersebut.

Gw yang job desknya Wadel (wakil delegasi) membantu anak2 gw, seperti mentor lah. dan gw kebagian menjadi wadel untuk negara Zimbabwe.. hahahahaha

sebenarnya gw merasa males banget jadi wadel zimbabwe, tetapi berhubung anak2 gw rame dan asyik2 jadi gw bangga bisa menjadi wadel mereka. dan maskot negara zimbabwe lucu,, burung kuning dan baju cowo asal zimbabwe... i miss them.....

Hi guys!!

Finnaly my exams are over, end, dead!!!! yippe for me, now i can breathe easily without ma mum breathing down ma neck to study!! horeee... .

Last Thursday was ma BIHI Exam, and i was kinda feell optimis and Un-optimis (is that even a word?) about it. I have to summarise two article. sound easy? NOT! well, it's really confusing and worst of all i forgot to bring ma dictionary.

Anyway after that horrible exam, ma friends amd I are kinda gone crazy with narsism, that mean we took photos everywhere, when I say everywhere, i mean everywhere.

Oh My Exams Part 2

cilehhhh ada sambunganny nih mengenai UTS gw.... ckckckc!!

anyway busway, pada hari senin kemaren, gw ujian Media Budaya Masyarakat. Ok, kedengarannya gampang ya, tp jangan salah sangka.. amit2 deh yang ada kepala mau pecah.. karena banyak sekali hafalan yang harus sudah tertanam dalam otak.

Pada hari minggunya, ato sehari sebelum ujian dimulai, gw belajar tuh MBM ampe jam 2 dini hari, salah gw ndiri sih bukannya belajar dari awal tp malah keasyikan ngenet.. . abis tergoda sih, dimana sudah mau buka buku, tetapi melihat komputer yang sedang nganggur.. hkhkhk!!!!!

Gw yang smsan ama soraya and nadia, bertanya apakah soal MBM bakal essay atau Pilihan ganda? dan mereka menjawab essay. so, kembaali lagi masuk dalam stressed mode gw berusaha ngafal mati ampe jam 2 dini hari.

Besoknya pas ujian ada yang bilang kalo sebenarny PG, makannya orang2 pada nyantai gitu. gw yang udah pengen nangis , pengen gebukin sesuatu , pengen teriak "oh kenapa ga ada yang bilang padaku kalau MBM itu pg" , tetapi dengan muka pasif gw hanya bisa bilang " oh iya ya?"

dan coba tebak apa yang terjadi berikutnya?? ternyata soalnya essay!!!! gw yang langsung ahhhhh belajar semaleman ga sia2 , however, setelah liat soalnya.. TAI banget!!!!!!!! hati langsung berubah, "tau gini PG aja..... "

Overall MBM antar bisa dan ga bisa, tp masih mending dibanding temen gw yang kayanya ga bisa ngerjain apa2...

Dan tadi, Gw ujian Hubungan Internasional Kawasan (HIK) dan ini bisa dibilang ujiang yang paling optimis yang pernah gw kerjain,, jadi mudah2an nilainya juga bagus.. AMIN!!!

Tadi siang Bandung panas banget bikin gw bete aja dan pusing kepala .. kalau begini gw jadi penegn complain, kemana Bandungku yang dulu begitu sejuk dan segar????

Kamis besok gw masih ada satu ujian lagi yaitu Bahasa Inggris Hubungan Internasional (BIHI). moga2 gw bisa ngerjainnya.. mohon doanya ya teman!!

Oh My Exams

Hello..

Ujian Tengah Semester ini sangatlah melelahkan. tiga mata kuliah sudah kujalankan dan tiga mata kuliah lagi akan kujalankan minggu depan.

Pada hari Senin tanggal 13 Oktober adalah ujian Statistika Sosial atau yang biasa kita sebut Stasos, Karena dosenku Aknolt Kristian Pakpahan a.k.a Bang Tian, maka ujian kelasku berbeda dengan orang lain. Ya ujian stastika apa yang mau dihafalkan?? paling rumus doang, dan ternyata ujianku berjalan lancar dan tenang Alhamdulilah!! keluar ujian dengan memasang tampang muka "ujian pasti dapat A" dan merasa kasian (dalam hati bangga dapet kelas yang gampang) melihat kelas lain kayaknya susssahh banget ujian statsosnya.. ckckckc!!!!

TETAPI, oh tetapi sampai dirumah, aq baru sadar, ternyat aq salah menaruh hasil jawaban kelas interval dan otomatis tabel yang aq buat salah semua. kyaaaaaa karma mulai dateng!!! udah gitu, Simpang bakunya ada data yang ketinggalan ttidAAAKKKK!!!!! KENAPA OH KENAPA??!!??? padahal kalo tidak salah nilai bobot pada tabel dan simpang baku 30% gyaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Masih dalam suasana berduka, aq mulai belajar buat Kekuatan Politik Indonesia (KPI), Hari Rabu tanggal 15 Oktober mulailah ujian yang bikin kepala pusing apalagi ujian jam setengah 3. ujian macam apa itu? sore - sore itu, waktu untuk tidur bersama guling kesayanganku......
aq belajar tuh KPI hampir begadang (yang ada belajar sambil tidur ) udah percaya diri gitu nggak akan ngulangi kesalahan kaya ujian statsos, BUT!!! setelah soal dibagikan..

diam dulu..

5 menit...

10 menit...

15 menit....

gyaaa dan ternyata baru nyadar kalau aq buang waktu 15 menit karena hafalan yang sudah tertanam dalam otak hilang, buyar, kebakar semua!!!!!! dan 1 setengah jam kemudian....... kepala kaya mau pecah..

Dan hari ini tidaklah berbeda, ujian Filsafat Ilmu sangatlah membingungkan, padahal paginya gw belajar dengan sungguh eh ralat, belajar sambil nyatokin rambut (ujian jam setengah satu), udah percaya diri juga dan ternyata,,,,,,,

Bahan yang gw pikir nggak akan keluar di ujian, KELUAR 2 NOMER!!!!!!!! gw yang udah pasrah nggak tau mesti ngapain lagi.... akhirnya jawab seadanya dan berdoa semoga dosen ini tidak pelit nilai dan medapat keajaiban bahwa apa yang gw tulis benar semua.. AMIN!!!!!!

Good Newsnya, besok, sabtu dan minggu gw libur!!!!!!!! hore, hore, hore, dan libur tiga hari itu ( dua hari deng, minggu mulai belajar kembali!!) akan aq pakai untuk TIDUR!!!!!!!!!

Akhir kata, mudah2an sisa ujian gw bisa lebih baik dan semoga teman teman tidak mengalami yang gw alami... kalo dipikir-pikir ini kayanya karma karena statsos kemaren.... kyaaaaa!!!!!!

Tomorro will be the first day of ma mid term exams for this semester, n do u know how i feels right this moment?

yea, thats right so stress and this cold i had is not helping at all although, i fell much better it just this cold still there and really ruined ma concentration to study...

well, yesterday i watched Laskar Pelangi (finally!!) with ma friends and for the film i give it two thumbs up hahahahah so good!!!

well peeps wish me luck for ma exams tomorrow coz right now i feel so damned scared

oh btw, this week and next week i might not post somethingfor a while , although dont be sad i will try to post when there is no exam on the next day

Weiss, Im back!! After 3 Full Days of Eid well, actually 2 days but i havent had a break in three days, let's just called it three days.. Before onto the subject, i want to scribble the three days i had on Eid. The first Day of Eid I went to ma mom's families, the next day i went ma dad's families and on the last day i went to greet ma friends.. wot three long days, but im happy coz i get to meet ma cousions that i havent seen for ages, anyway i hope all of u had a nice Eid this year, i know i am...

Back to Subject, today or this afternoon ma sisters n I went to the DVD place and bought some DVDs, actually we used the mone from THR (TUnjangan Hari Raya) coz ma mom wont gave us money..:(

We bought Mama Mia the Movie

After so long, i finnaly get to watch this movie.. and let me tell you, im not dissapointed. The movie is about 20 year old Sophie has a problem. It's almost her wedding day and she doesnt know who her father is. it could be any of 3 of her mother's *past* suitors. The only way to find out is to invite all three to her wedding day and see waht happens.

The movie is one of the best musical movie, after Grease of course. and it's so Funny that you will laugh, especially the new image that Pierce Brosnan gave. From 007 to singing in a movie, totaly different.

Every movie has it own *bad* bits, even though i love Abba and love their musics, some of it a bit tooo much in the movie, and the distance from one song to another is too close but again it's a musical what do you expect.

well if you love romance, drama, comedy, and musics, i recommend all of you to watch this movie..

Seeing Someone You Fancy

You know, when you met your crush, someone you fancy for ages, the love of your life, or wahtever you called it. you always feel that everything's gonna be alrite.. well that happened to me. After the whole 'my love life is a fiasco' thing, these past weeks i started had a major crush on ma senior. Let just called him Mr P (i dont want to reveal his name, what if he read this, i wont be able to go uni again!!!!) He's so cute.. *double sighs*

Anyway, yesterday after long day at uni, i was walking to buy newspaper (im an International relations student, have to read loads of news!! cieeh,, nyombong dikit ya.. hehehe) and my mood was not good at that time and all i wanna do is kicked somebody a**, well who wouldnt? this so called holiday is equals so many works that need to be handed in after the hols and guess what? i only have a week of holiday!!!!... but then out of nowhere, Mr P come walking past by me and smiled at me so sweetly and i was like whoaaaa!!! and in ma head the song What a Wonderful World and Three Little Bird Kept ringing...

Bubar (Buka Bareng)

hai kawan!!

della is back,, n mo cerita tentang bubar alias buka bareng.... Seharusnya ini bubar adalah buka bareng anak 3.4,, TETAPI yang dikarenakan yang dateng cuman 6 org (della, echie, ani, dina pasca n dewiz), bisa dikatakan ini bubar adalah bubar kelompok belajar.. hahahahaha..

Setelah dua minggu lebih ngasih tau orang2 3.4,, tetapi masih saja banyak YNG bLOM TAU!!!! bete-bete ah....... lanjut,, kemaren tanggal 20 September, aq menunggu sendirian di kantin 3, janji dateng jam 4 tp pada ngaret semua, terkecuali aq n si ani pepe.. kita berdua menunggu gitu, udah mah saya teh ga enak sama anak 2.9 karena bubarnya bentrok pula!!! sedih!

Lalu,, beberapa menit kemudian datenglah dina, pasca and dewiz, tetapi SI ECHIE ini ngaret bgt jd nunggu dah,,, akhirnya sambil nunggu echie kita foto dulu deh, daripada nganggur ga jelas kan???

udah gitu akhirnya, si ECHIE nongol juga setelah sekian lama.. dan akhirnya kita pergi juga mencari tempat untuk buka,, Karena hampir semua penuh, kita khirnya buka di mobilnya si pasca dan UNTUNGNYA, si pasca membawa kurma.. hehehe Thanks Pasca!!!!

Karena ga mungkin dapet tempat pas waktu buka, kita sholat dulu deh.. dan langsung berlanjut makan di foodcourtnya BEC.... dan disanapun kita bernarsis ria!! hahahaha

Ramadhan hampir berakhir

So sad isnt it?? it's been two weeks now, since we star this holy month, and now is nearing end!! sudah mau berakhir.:( :(

tetapi,, akan diganti dengan gemuruh takbir malan yang berkumandang semalaman untuk menyambut Hari Raya Idul Fitri, Dimana Hari tersebut adalah hari yang ditunggu-tunggu umat muslim, termasuk diriku. Setelah sebulan penuh kita berpuasa, kita bisa merayakannya dengan sangat gembira,..

Aq ingat dulu waktu kecil, sekitar umur sembilanan, Hari Raya Idul Fitri bareng dengan hari ulng tahunku,, senengnya dapet kado 2, satu buat lebaran satu lagi buay ma bday.. so happy at that time.. sekarang, boro2 dapet 2 hadiah, dapet thr aja udah untung.. hahahaha lol..

tapi lebaran bukan untuk dapet thr, lebaran adalah dimana saat kita menjadi bersih kembali dan dmn kita berkumpul dengan keluarga tercinta dan juga saling memaafkan antar sesama...

Lebaran masih tinggal seminggu lagi, maka dari itu mari kita maksimalkan ibadah puasa kita, semoga amal ibadah kita diterima dan dosa kita dihapuskan oleh Allah SWT.. AMIN!!!!!!!!

back to old writing blog here,, you know what?? im suppposed to be doing ma works for tomorrow, i mean i have paper to finish, but i just dont feel doing it. got tired looking about Turkey and European Union, same old thing.. Alex gonna kill me though if i not handing him ma paper tomorrow,, Oh Gosh!!!! maybe i'll just do it tonite and get it over with.

since im on ma break, ma wee sis n I decided to watch a movie, and then i relised that i haven't buy a dvd in a long time n now we are watching Musics and Lyrics,, that movie still cracked me up after all this time.. Hugh Grant so funny, i like him on this movie, rather on Notting Hill wiv Julia Roberts..

this week i've finished reading chicken soup,, finally n now im on chicken soup for the couple's souls.. So sweet you know, you should read it..

Today, Thursday 11th of September supposed to be ma free day of college, well actually, not just thursday, but friday and saturday,, long day of hols right?? but i wont get to excited, coz on monday, tuesday and wednesday, ma day is full from morning till night, udah ga bisa dikomprpmi.... huehuehue..

anyway, today have to go to uni, coz i have to get surat keterangan and of course meeting!!! again again, this smester im actually understood the meaning of BUSY!!!. well, of course orang Indonesia, tidak bisa tidak ngaret, selalu terlambat, but no worry i actually brought camera wiv me, and here are a pic of me n others in the place where anak FISIP UNPAR hang out..... cool place isnt it????

Hari ini, eh nggak tunggu mari di ulang.... Hari senin adalah hari dimana menjadi hari yang akan aq benci untuk smester ini, coba bayangin udah mah kuliah mulai jam satu siang, dan selesai jam 5, tidak memungkinkan untuk pulang dan buka bersama keluarga.

jam satu tuh, mata kuliah BIHI alias Bahasa Inggris Hubungan International. dengernya aja serem ga sih??? Ya udah mulai tuh mata kuliah seperti biasa, blah2 n blah2..... biasanya tuh BIHI selesai jam setengah 3, but noooooo sekarang BIHI MINIMAL selesai jam SETENGAH 4 dan MAKS jam 4.. gimana nggak stress coba, 3 jam of Politics luar negeri dan masalah internasiona, pake bahasa Inggris pula!!!! ahhhhhhhh... tetapi aq sadar aq tidak boleh complain, afterall i'm the one who want this major for ma uni...

Eiiitss ntar dulu, itu blom selesai, karena kite pikir bahwa BIHI bakal selesai jam setengah 3an, Maka kuliah yang jam 4 dimaju menjadi jam 3 supaya pulang bisa lebih cepat dan bisa berbuka dengan keluarga tercinta. karena bihi selesai jam setengah 4 mendekati jam 4, kita telat deh setengah jam, dan masuk kelas filsafat ilmu dengan muka bersalah, untungnya dosennya baik. but,,, didiku sudah tidak konsen, apalagi abis bihi belajarnya filsafat, mana ngerti aq.. mending disuruh belajar logika lagi aq.... masalahnya Filsafat ilmu itu tuh, sulit dimengerti contohnya:

"kita semua ada, karena benda mengakui kita ada"

bingung????? ngerti??? kalo ngerti aq kasih applause deh!! aq ndiri aja nggak ngerti ato mungkin emang tadi aq nggak terlalu merahiin, yang ada malah keketawwaan sama si soraya n yosep.. mwahaahahaha......

ya sudah ambil hikmahnya aja, ternyata di kelas BIhi tugas kelompok aq paling bagus loh!!!! hahahahahaha, padahal ngumpul aja jarangg dan topic kelompok kita tuh tentang Russia Invasion on Georgian, which by the way, nearly every group doing that topic.... lumayan.....
Karena ga mungkin buka puasa dirumah, akhirnya buka puasa di kostan temen, abis temen gw dikirimin ayam goreng ama nyokapnya,, lumayan gratisan!! hehehehe, udah giru kita ngegosip deh sambil nunggu mbaku jemput, kita ya bukanny tadarus ato apa malah ngegossip. ckckckckck. Maafkan kami, ya Allah......

Memboros dalam bulan puasa

Setiap bulan puasa, kita memang diharuskan untuk bersabar dalam segala hal iya klan? membaca blognya si echie, dia harus bersabr dalam menangani kendaraan umum, emang kalo kendaraan angkot di Bandung mah kudu sabar mau bulan puasa atau tidak,, Bandung, kapan Bandung bisa seperti dulu lagi!!! aiihhhh Aq merindukan Bandung yang dulu, yang sejuk dan Indah,,,

Continue,, sebelum ini blog tidak nyambung dengan yang ingin kusampaikan. *hem2* jam 12 siang tadi, aq pergi ke togamas (toko buku diskon) dari awal aq sudah berjanji beli buku paling banyak satu aja. Melihat2 seperti biasa, ada buku baru dari salah satu pengarangku, Agnes Jessica. ya harganya tidak terlalu mahal hanya 20rb saja. akhirnya tuh buku aq pegang2, sampai akhirnya aq melihat chicken soup. aiiiihh itu kan buku dambaanku. Ada dua tuh buku chicken soup yang aq inginkan. Pertama. Chicken soup for the women's souls sama chicken soup for the romantic's souls. pengen kedua2nya, berhubung duit yang dibawa tidak mencukupi akhirnya aq memilih yang women's souls dan agnes jessica, udah gitu melihat lagi buku karangan agnes jessica yang dr dulu aku ingin punya, tetapi selalu kehabisan. dan akhirnya aq membeli tiga buku dan setelah sang cashier memberitahu harga keseluruhan Rp 75.000, aq yang melongo tak karuan memberi uang tersebut kepada sang cashier, dengan mimik muka yang seakan mengatakan "makanya mba, hitung dulu jangan asal beli" iiihhhhh menyebalkan.

Teringat bulan ini bulan Ramadhan, seharusnya diriku tidak membeli buku yang sangat banyak, yang paling dalam waktu 2 hari bakal aq selesaikan? Boros dan amat boros, uang jajanku habis sudah.... rencana mau ditabung buat ntar ngasih kesepupu2 dan keponakan2 habis sudah. berarti bulan ini aq mengarapkan THR (tunjangan Hari Raya) dari Ortu. LOL dan juga Baju Lebaran. Tuh kan banyak maunya,,,

anyway, orang2, semuanya aq jadi teringat sesuatu selain kita harus sabar akan semua hal dalam bulan Ramadhan ini, kita juga harus menahan rasa apapun yang dapat merugikan diri sendiri. Tetapi karena sudah terlanjur, aq ikhlaskan deh tuh duit.

Ya Allah, Maafkan diriku ini yang sudah sangat memboros. ( kalo dipikir-pikir hari ini aq sudah kehabisan uang seraus ribu dalam sehari, termasuk ongkos dan bayar utang ke si mba tadi pagi. OMG!!!!) ahhhhhhh!!

hiya!!! i'm back peeps,, miss me?? wait, dont answer that,, coz i got a feeling someone is gona throw up.....

busway peeps!! earlier i told you all that i'm gonna put a post bout ma mates and their pics, but after a lot of thinking, i decided that im not gonna put the pics, coz i dont think ma mates are going to appreciate what i'm going to put, especially the pic i had in mind.. *evil laughs*. Moving on, let's start wiv ma mates in nursery, when i was a really cute kid with innocent face *looking innocent*

ma ever close mates was maya,, forgot her last name though,, lol. havent had contact with her since we left nursery, miss her though. Maya and I always do stuff together, from brushing our hair together to peeing together (wot do u expect i'm just 5 year old). Maya always defended me when this huge dude (actually he's not that huge!!) bullied me and pulled ma ponitail down. i hate him. Thank to Maya she kicked his *reproduktif member* and now i feel really sorry for that dude. man, Maya is brave!! anyway, I wonder what ever happened to Maya???

And then I arrived, on primary school. believe it or not, i was a geek, with a thin arms and legs, straight but uncontrolable hair and big glasses, i mean i wasn't as pretty as now, oh don't puke now, coz their still some more of that sentence!! I wasn't a popular kid, but i have friends that stood bye me. Lusi, dea, adistie are all ma good mates in primary. we always the same group as everything. from grups of hide and seek to group of studying. I love them. i'm still in contact with them but not as often as before.

Arrived in Glasgow for the very first time was so scary. In the back of ma mind, i always thought that i'm not gonna make any friends, Luckly i've met nadhirah, najwa and nisa. They were ma best friends in Glasgow. Nadhirah and Najwa are Malaysians and Nisa is Indonesian like me. I've met Nadhirah because we are neighbour and Najwa, apart from being neighbour, we are in the same Bilingual School as well. and Nisa, coz we're the same Country. After Nisa and Nadhirah left, Najwa became my bestes buddy, we always together, don't we?? and it made me sad when Najwa decided to left too. I was thinking who's gonna be ma buddies now?? and then i met asma, xhesi and sonia, nazanin, ailla, and syafiqah. They were there when i needed friends the most until i left Glasgow. Still in contact wiv them too. Miss you guys also!!

Back to Indonesia, i was doubtful, coz i was these freak not beautiful like now (ok, u can ouke now!!) who look like i'm not Indonesian at all, but then I met Echie, Ani Pepe, Sastaviyana, Theresia and many others!! they are ma life, ma lifesavers in highschool, they are crazy, abnormal, except Sasta, i think she was the normal one. Sasta control us when we became too much crazy. Infact i dont know how she can cope with all of us this whole time. As for my dear Anceu peps a.k.a Ani, too many words to describe her. Loud, happy, smart, crazy definately not shy!!!!!! that's for sure. I always had laugh with her. Echie, the youngest one in the group. if you look at her, you will think that she is normal, but nooooooo!! that's not true. she's reaaly is and always will make the life of me colourfull!! and then theres Theresia, the other half of me. smart but forgetful. ooh tere ma prays that you will not become a forgetful doctor!!! always stays contact with them. Infact, we are planning to open fast together soon!!!

And then come University. a part of me so happy that finnaly i'm leaving highschool, but the other part was so sad and scared as the same of leaving ma close friends.. but not to worry, In uni i've become friends with Soraya and Nadia. Soraya is ma loudest friend ever, but everytime i'm with her i always laugh until ma tummy hurt and when i said loud, i mean it!!. And Nadia is my late friend, almost late at everything but she also a great listener and ma Pancasila buddy.

In the end i always love my friends, all of them and they have a special place in ma heart *awwwww. geje ah!!* without them, i wouldnt be wot i am today and without them i wouldn't know wot is the meaning of friendship. I thank all of them for being a part in ma life and there are many more of friends in ma life that im also thankful. LOve you guys!!!!!

My Family

For those of you, who have continuely read my blog, i really am thankful and it made me realise that i haven't put a post about my family, peoples who made me what i am today, and then later on i will make a post about my mates, people who are just as important as my family...

Let start with my dad,
Dr. Ir Munarto Eddie Sunaryo MsC or like to be called Bapak Eddie, born in Purworejo, 29th January 1953 a day earlier from my birthday. Mr Munarto is the best dad i can possibly ask. My dad is my inspiration, without his encouragement for my life, i wouldn't know what i do with it. Even though, him and I have a lot of disagreement, I'm sure he was looking out for my best interest in life. and my dad always buy me stuff and gave me extra money lol and he even says that i'm the only one whos ask for more extra cash.. lo. what can i say, im a college student. I love him dearly even though, he kept asking me and only me, not ma big sister for grandchildren and i'm only 18 for God's Sake, an ma big sis is 21, i mean he should ask her first rite????? That Photo, shows when my dad having fun, i mean he's rarely having fun, he always so busy with works and that's another reason why i think ma dad is the greatest, because he always commited to his works, but, however his works really took his time, he always had the time for me, ma mum, and ma sisters.. Love you dad!!

Next, My beloved mother,
Shinta Puspitasari Munarto, also like to be called mummy, ibu, ibu Eddie, Mrs Munarto, Ceuceu (it means big sisiter in Sundanese) born in Bandung, 19 September 1964. The best mum ever, well of course for me, you readers will think your mum is the best, rite??? Just ordinary housewife, a mother that i look up to. and of course the best cook ever, i mean it when i say the best, is really is the best!! She's great, she's the place where i can tell my problems to. And again nobody is perfect, my mum and I have disagreement too about anything from sinetron, to musics, to animals, to food almost to everything, but i know in the end she will agree with me, after all i am stubborn. Love you mum!! My gorgeous
mother!!

When My mum and Dad married, they plan to have max 3 children, and they did. Although, they wish to have a son, instead they got 3 beautiful, charming, irresistable daughter. lol (don't puke now, i'm not done yet).

Their first Born is My big sister Dianisari Rinda Astoeti Munarto, like to be called, Ina (same like sabrina, rite ina?) Nda, Mba rinda, Bunda.... Born in Bandung, 15th June 1987. Annoying, but really caring at the same time, really not good with money, sorry sis!! I mean, gave her money, and it will be gone the next day lol. But she always bought me stuff, so couldnt really complain, could i?? beside my mum, i come to Mba rinda, if i have problems, mostluy about crushes and you know girls problems. She's really a great listener and gave me great advise to my problems, Sometimes i wish i had a big brother to protect me, but i wouldn't trade my big sister for a big brother. She is one of a kind. lol Love ya sis!!
people says a lot of things about me and rinda, some says that our looks are so alike, and some dont see the similiarty,, please, what do u guys think???

Last but not least, come my we and adorable sister Nurwulansari Widhaning Astoeti Munarto, and call her Uning, coz that's her nickname. lol even though sometimes she hates it.. lol. Born in Bandung, 29th of June 1995, 5 years younger than me. Uning is ma cute annoying little sister. i remember when she was little she always bit me, if i tried to kiss her chubby cheeks, it was really sore and the annoying part is that she always get away with it. When i'm angry or sad about something, i think about uning, and her crazy attitudes and it always bring a smile to my face, I love her so much and i wouldn't trade her for a wee brother, although i want one. lol She's 13 now but i alys think of her as if she was 5 years old, i mean her cheeks still as chubby as before, even my mum tried to bit it!! lol.. oh she's going to kill me if she knew im putting this pic instead of the one she approve of. couldnt help it sis, you look cute on this. love ya too sis.!!!! That photo is ma fav, that was when uning 7 years old i think.. shes so adorable!!

Hari ini seperti biasa, pergi kuliah, padahal males banget, gimana nggak males masa kuliah jam satu siang,,, arrgh enaknya tuh jam segituan ya tidur siang ditemani bantal dan guling yang empuk, But no!!! harus kuliah karena denger2 dosen yang satu ini sedikit rese alias menyebalkan.

Anyway, busway pergi dari rumah jam 12 lewat 10 menit, udah panick gitu takut telat, apalgi tadi sempet kena macet di dipatiukur, karena unpad sedang melaksanakn wisuda!! akhirnya sampai gandok jam satu kurang 15 menit, untungnya angkot yang menuju unpar tidak ngetem dulu, TETAPI pas dijalan, diriku ditelepon ama si nad-nad dan katanya mata kuliah Media Budaya Masyrakat DITIADAKAN!!! aiiiiihhh hati langsung ciut, udah mah kuliahnya cuma itu doang,, ahh rese banget nggak sih??????

Karena masih penasaran, diriku tetap mengecek keadaan yang sesungguhnya, ternyata emang bener kuliah ditiadakan!!!! karena males langsung pulang, akhirnya diriku dan soraya nyampah deh di kostanya si nad-nad, rencana sih sambil nunggu nggak mcet dijalan, bayangin macet dari unpar ampe gandok.. ihh menyebalkan!!

Habis menunggu sebentar, kami para mentor diwajibkan untuk mengantar anak kami mengikuti amazing race, seru banget pokoknya setiap setiap post terdiri dari tiga warna, karena warna yag aku mentoring warna 9, aku kebagia bareng warna 7, 8.. pokoknya setiap post sangat seru contoh sebagai berikut

Udah amazing race, kita ISOMA deh (istirahat, solat, makan) dan nganggur lagi buat para mentor,, tetapi tenang kita mentor tidak berdiam diri, dari yang namanya main poker sampai pamer bendera.. (setiap post, ada perlombaan dan warna yang menag dapet bendera deh,warna sembilan cuman dapet satu, sedangkan warnanya si soraya dapat 5 ihhhhh menyebalkan)

Berakhir Sudah Ospek Fakultas Part 1

Dearest Harmony,,

Finally,, after a long week, oskaf a.k.a Ospek Fakultas Fisip Universitas Parahyngan Bandung 2008 berakhir sudah,, remember, in the earlier post, i mention i was a mentor.. well i'm finnished to be a mentor last sunday.

Sunday 24th August 2008 was the last day,, us mentor have to be in kampus jam 6 pagi.. bayangin Harmony, jam 6 harus udah ada di kampus males banget nggak sih?? kalo misalnya telat satu menit pun denda 500 dan berkali lipat pada menit berikutnya. temanku kena denda 8000 rupiah karena ia telat 16 menit.. LOL

saat2 menunggu peserta jam 6 pagi.

Sebelum acara dimulai, kami para mentor briefing dulu tentang rundown atau kegiatan apa saja yang akan dilaksanakn peserta pada pagi ini dan inilah saat2 dimana para mentor lagi briefing dan rapat.

Gili, Utoi dan Rani sadar akan kamera...

Sesudah briefing, kami para mentor berjalan menuju plaza Gedung Serba Guna, disana kami menunggu anak2 kita untuk berdatangan.. dan akhirny anak2 gw a.k.a warna 9 datang, sembari menunggu mahasiswa baru (maba) datang anak gw latihan yel2 dan UNTUNGNYA, bukan menngunakan lagu 'aku seorang kapiten' melainkan menggunakan lagu Reza....

Anak-anak aku rajin latihan yel2 kelompok..

Akhirnya para maba berkumpul dan kita semua termasuk para mentor melakukan senam pagi... lol yang tidak jelas gerakannya.. Sesudah senam pagi mentor membawa anak2nya ke ruang 3501 dimana ruangan terbesar yang ada di kampus 3.. dan udah gitu para mentor nganggur deh alias tidak ada kerjaan selama 20 menit sambil menunggu amazing race yang akan dilakukan oleh maba

Dave Pelzer So Amazing

Dear my true listener, Harmony,,, lol

finally, ive finished reading the trilogy of Dave Pelzer's Books.. Yeah!!!! clap-clap n cheering for me.. wohooo,, ok that was a bit too much.

Anyway Busway, the books are so great, it made me cries the whole time reading the three of them, A Child Called It, The Lost Boys, and A Man Named Dave..

The books are really inspiring,, and unbelievably heartwarming..

Turns out im the only one in ma group of friends, who hasnt read it. All of my friends read it in high school..

Well, for those who have not read it, i really recommend you to read it, Dave Pelzer really is number one bestsellers ever.

A Child Called It tells a strory how young David (Pelzer himself) was abused physically by his own mother.. If you read this you will continue asking the same question as me 'why would a mother hurt her own son?' that question keep wondering in ma head as i read this book.

The Lost Boy tells a story how David looking for love in the foster care, again it really made me cries how on earth a child that young can go through life like this..

A Man Named Dave, is the the last book of the trilogy and it tells about how David become an adult and trying to cope with everything that has happened to him. Struggling to forgive his own mother and learning the truth why his mum hated him so much. I'm not gonna tell you that, you need to figure it out by yourself, if i tell you what is the fun of that.

Penasaran?? bacalah sendiri!!!! Mwahahahaha 'evil laughs,, again'

today,, mentoring bersama anak2ku.. tetapi yang datang hanya ada beberapa.. hmm?? kenapa ya nampaknya anak mahasiswa baru kurang bersemangat menjalankan orientasi siswa.. kalau tahun kemaren aq aja sgt bersemangat,,, apalagi banyak senior2 yang ganteng2.. hehe,, ohhh, btw pa'de jadi gtg bgt,, dulu aq tidak pernah naksir si pa'de ini,, tetapi sekarang... aiiiiihhhhhhh!!!!!! ganteng abis.. sumpah!! pulang2 dari australia membuat pa'de jadi tebar pesona,, kynya jd bnyk yang ngeceng nih.... hmmmmm!!!!!

anyway,, sebagai mentor yang sangat baik dan tidak sombong, aq diharuskan membantu anak2ku ato warna 9 (warna itu sebagai kelompok,, jadi tahun ini ada warna 1 sampai 30 a.k.a ada 30 kelompok dan aq kebagian jadi mentor warna 30) untuk membuat yel2, dan yel-yel yang bagus akan menjadi yel2 angkatan.. TETAPI,, tadi pas mw membuatdengan waktu satu jam, anak2ku berhasil membuat yel2 yang berirama 'aku seorang kapiten' (kalo yang tknya disini pasti tw lagu tiukan??) dan kata2nya seperti ini..

ingat irama bernyanyi dengan irama 'aq seorang kapiten!!!!!

yeah!!!! seperti itu,, pasti kalian yang baca juga sampai ga bisa ngomong.... ya ampun warna 9 nggak usah ngarep menag deh!!!!! ahhhh frustasi eke jadi mentor,, pokonya taon depan aq akan menjadi TATIB a.k.a Tata Tertib.. Mwahahahaha (itu tadi evil laugh) punya wajah jutek, kenapa ga dipake untuk jadi tatib.. mwahahaha...

I'm back to uni.. starting ma 3rd smester,,, man,, this smester mata kuliahnya sangat berhubungan dengan HI bgt,, tidak seperti semester2 sebelumnya,, semester kemaren aq mash belajar yg namanya ekonomi dan manajemen,,, n now aq belajar bener HI.. senengnya... contoh mata kuliah yang aq pelajari:

1. Statistika Sosial
2. Hubungan Internasional Kawasan
3. Kekuatan Politik Indonesia (politik again!!!!)
4. Bahasa Inggris Hubungan Internasional
5. Media dan Budaya Internasional
seperti itulah contohnya.. sangat internasionalkan???

Btw,, salah satu anak mentorku berkelakuan yg sgt amat STUPID.. dia kira dia ada kuliah jam 7 malem... gw yang lsg terbengong-bengong memikirkannya.. huh?? ko bisa sih dia mikir ada kuliah yang jam 7 malem.... wot the hell is he thinking...
hari ini lumayan lucu.. anak2 baru alias maba pada minta tanda tangan ke senior2.. lol serasa udah jadi artis yang sagt terkenal.. lol

Indonesia continue the traditions for the gold medals in olympics.. yeah!!!! *cheering n clapping*
Indonesia won the the gold medals from the mens double. markis kido/hendra setiawan... really proud for them.. n earlier Maria kristin beat her opponent fron China, Lu lan n get the bronze medals.. OMG,,, i love y guys.. hehe beruntung kita dapat medali disini.. sekarang indonesia ad di tingkat 29 untuk perolehan medali sementara.. hmm not bad.. lol.. gives for indonesia independes day today... n now hopefully liliyana natsir/nova widianto can give us another gold medals n vita marissa/flandy limpele can give us another bronze medal..*finger cross*

anyway, busway... finally im free today, no more mentoring.. so tired the new college studens r reaaly ok.. but sometimes they asked too much questions.. lol..

In another crazy night of badminton and after the unexpected gold from Zhang Ning in the afternoon session, the home fans were on for some thrilling matches involving their local heroesbut had to contend with contrasting fortunes as

Chen Jin got the bronze while Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng had to settle for silver leaving gold to Indonesia’s Markis Kido and Hendra Setiawan.
They came, they saw, they conquered. Markis Kido and

Hendra Setiawan provided today with the gold medal Indonesia was waiting for since the early

exit of their men’s singles shuttlers and Maria Kristin’s bronze medal.
But what a match the young Indonesians had to overcome to beat Cai and Fu and their 5000 strong supporters. A match full of contrasting play between the first game, where the Chinese were all fired up, leaving absolutely no time for their opponent to breathe, serving fast, low, taking all the chances to nail the shuttle.
21/12 and it was a done deal. The other two games certainly did not resemble the first one, with a clear difference in style. It was the Indonesians who were up and attacking, with the shorter Kido jumping high and Setiawan working wonders at the net.
Soon, both teams had a game each on the score board. In spite of the strong crowd cheering for their hope to see – at last, the end of the Olympic title drought in the men’s doubles– it was the Indonesians who got the best start.
There was a thriller, however, towards the end, when they led 20/12 and saw the Chinese climb 4 ladders, but the margin was too big and once Fu’s last shuttle was called out, the two friends were brought down onto the ground by their coach to celebrate the Indonesian tradition for a final 12/21 – 21/11 – 21/16 victory.
“It’s a great honour to be part of this tradition, and to succeed to Rexy/Ricky, and Tony and Candra. We are glad we were able to play well tonight to get this success. Also, it’s a great timing to win as tomorrow (today) is Indonesia’s Independence Day. The fact that we had won here in China in the China Open in 2006 and 2007 certainly gave us confidence,” said Markis Kido.
The Chinese, of course, were disappointed but still felt they achieved something important for China in this category. “You have to realise that there are only two strong pairs from China going to tournaments and we are proud to be in the final tonight, even if we are disappointed to have lost. We’ve trained for this event for 6 years now, and achieving a silver medal is somehow reaching an important target,” said Fu Haifeng.
Hwang Ji Man and Lee Jae Jin were also on the podium after defeating Denmark’s Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen earlier in the day, depriving Europe for its last chance to scoop a medal – for the first time in Olympic history, making Asia the definite powerhouse of badminton.
After the two first medals of the badminton event in Beijing had already been awarded to China in the women’s singles and doubles respectively, the hosts were banking on youngsters He Hanbin and Yu Yang to keep their flags flying in the mixed doubles.
And it was a close, very close call for the youngsters who were well supported by the usual noisy and packed stadium. In a vibrant atmosphere, He and Yu played a tremendous first game, leaving no space for Liliyana’s brilliant net play of Nova Widianto’s strong attacks.
“We had some problems in the first game to get adjusted to their style. We were constantly under pressure and our opponents played very fast all throughout the first game,” said Nova on the loss of the first game 15/21. The Indonesians, double world champions however got their game going and were more aggressive in the second and third games.
The second was a formality, won 21/11 while the rubber game was to be a thriller as the fans were kept on the edge of their seats. Oddly enough, it was Liliyana who saved her team – the least experienced of both players, with a first incredible save at 19/18, giving Indonesia their first two match points.
“I did make a lot of mistakes in the first game, but then we got our game going and I was more confident in the second and last game. When we reached match point and failed to convert the first two, I believed we could still make it,” said Liliyana.
The Koreans prevented an all Indonesian affair in the mixed doubles, thanks to an inspired duo of Lee Young Dae and Lee Hyo Jung. The latter had already clinched silver in the women’s doubles the previous night but obviously wanted to go one step further in the mixed, which was made possible by her young and amazing partner Lee Young Dae, who once again put on a splendid performance.
Under the gaze of many of his former idols – Lee Dong Soo being on the bench, Ha Tae Kwon in the stands and former Olympic champion Kim Dong Moon at the TV stand, commentating for Korean National TV. Both teams got even at one game all, but the Korean’s play was more accurate in the third, while the Indonesians committed too many mistakes and giving too many attacking opportunities to their opponents, troubled by the height of Lee Hyo Jung at the net.
In the men’s singles bronze medal match, Chen Jin, banking on his speed and the strong home support, and ultimately his endurance to smash his way to a third place finish.
Earlier in the day, one of the biggest surprises of the tournament had seen Zhang Ning beat her compatriot Xie Xingfang in a thriller with Indonesia’s Maria Kristin taking bronze out of Lu Lan’s reach to forbid China’s clean sweep.

Yesterday, i found out that ma haigh school friend had die of cancer. Im so sad, i mean me n him were in the same class together in the second year, i talked to him.. n now i just can't believe that he's not here anymore.. Semoga arwahmu diterima disisi Allah SWT. Amin. You will be miss ma friend,,, :(

N now i just found out that sony dwi kuncoro lost to lee chong wei.. ahhhhh, well you've got to admit that lee is a very good player.. for the good part pasangan hendra/kido dan nova/lilyana made it into semifinals.... yea!!!! n now hopefully flandy/marissa will also follow..

MALAYSIA’S Lee Chong Wei continued his impressive march towards a possible showdown with Lin Dan with a clinical display of attacking badminton to stop Indonesia’s Sony Dwi Kuncoro in the quarter-finals of the men’s singles in Beijing.
With Lin Dan only in action later this evening, Chong Wei showed why he is one of the favourites for a medal when he outclassed the Indonesian 21-9, 21-11 to move into the semi-finals.
Chong Wei will play the winner of the match between China’s Bao Chunlai and Korea’s Lee Hyun Il later today.
“I’m still not too happy with my performance as I believe I can play better. It will be important because Chinese players will have the support of the home fans and as such, I have to be at my best in the semi-final,” said Chong Wei.
“There is more pressure on me as I’m the only Malaysian left in the competition. As such, I need to concentrate more to ensure I make the final.
“Whether I play Bao Chunlai or Lee Hyun Il does not really matter as both players are good. However, I don’t want to think about them as I’m only concerned with my own performance.”
In another quarter-final match, China’s Chen Jin was also too good for Chinese Taipei;s Hsieh Yu Hsing, winning in straight games 21-8, 21-14. Chen Jin will take on either Lin Dan or Peter Gade (Denmark).
In the mixed doubles, Indonesia’s top seeds Nova Widianto-Liliyana Natsir moved into the last four with a 21-13, 21-19 win over Thailand’s Sudket Prapakamol-Saralee Thoungthongkam.
“We clicked really well today and that has given the confidence to look forward to the matches ahead,” said Liliyana.
“We can still play a lot better and I’m sure we will do that in the semi-finals.”
The Indonesians will take on China’s He Hanbin-Yu Yang who were stretched all the way by Poland’s Robert Mateusiak-Nadiezda Kostiuczyk 22-20, 23-21.
Besides the men’s singles quarterfinals, the other matches in the evening are in the mixed doubles with Great Britain’s Nathan Robertson-Gail Emms taking on Korea’s Lee Yong Dae-Lee Hyo Jung and Denmark’s Thomas Laybourn-Kamilla Rytter Juhl up against Indonesia’s Flandy Limpele-Vita Marissa

1. Ma parent will be back this evening after leaving me n ma two sis alon for today to go to Batam n Singapore,, yeaaa im so happy.. can not wait to see them again.. n of cours the lovely souvenirs... lol *cheering*

2. while ironing ma clothes, i get to watch Maria Kristin played, which was so unbelieveably good... so proud of her,, people said dhe is to be the next *Susi Susanti*.. Go Maria n all the other athletes, bring back Gold medals Home to Indonesia.. And remember, the one who brings home a gold medal will get Rp 1billion... *gasped*

3. after ironing, seeing swimmer from America, Michael Phelps really make ma day... *sighes*

BEIJING, RABU — Pemain tunggal putri bulu tangkis Indonesia, Maria Kristin Yulianti, tampil luar biasa dan mengamankan langkahnya ke semifinal Olimpiade Beijing. Di perempat final, Rabu (13/8), Maria berhasil menekuk pebulu tangkis India, Sania Nehwal, 26-28, 21-14, 21-15.
Di game pertama, penonton dibuat deg-degan dengan permainan deuce kedua pemain tersebut. Maria yang lebih dulu tertinggal 18-20 berhasil memaksakan deuce pertama. Setelah itu, kedua pemain saling memperebutkan game point. Sayangnya, Maria kalah setelah smes silangnya terlalu melebar ke sisi kiri lapangan Nehwal. Hakim garis sempat mengarahkan tangan ke dalam pertanda pukulan Maria masuk, tapi langsung meralatnya dengan membuka tangan lebar-lebar tanda bola keluar.
Memasuki game kedua, Maria langsung tancap gas dan meninggalkan lawannya hingga 7-3. Bola-bola silang yang diperagakan peraih emas tunggal dan beregu putri SEA Games 2007 itu terus menambah perolehan angkanya dan mengunci lawannya pada angka 14.
Nehwal langsung membalasnya dengan permainan ngotot dan menyerang di game ketiga. Sebaliknya, Maria justru kehilangan kesabaran dan melakukan serangkaian kesalahan, termasuk kegagalan menyeberangkan smes yang membuatnya tertinggal 3-8. Maria berhasil mengejar hingga 9-11 setelah tertinggal delapan poin dan bahkan menyamakan skor 12-12. Nehwal hanya sanggup menambah tiga poin meski akhirnya menyerah setelah pengembaliannya gagal menyeberang net.
Setelah kemenangan ini, Maria kemungkinan akan menghadapi unggulan kedua dari China, Zhang Ning. Zhang Ning memainkan partai perempat final lawan unggulan kelima Pi Hongyan (Perancis) setelah Maria menyelesaikan permainannya.

wot a day today... gosh, this saturday turned out to be a hectic day,, this afternoon i helped ma dad cleaning the storage room. so tiring, i mean me n ma wee sis were up n down the stairs 22 times.. can u believe that????

oh well, guess that' that... tomorrow on the other hand, going to be excited, ma family n I going to have a family vacation in jkt, we are going to dufan... yea... lol n then afterward, we are going to a wedding party, which is going to be really big, big party.. i have to dress nicely.. lol

it's half past twelve rite now in indonesia, at nite btw. I couldnt sleep, i dunno why lately, these couples of days, i couldnt sleep, which is odd as i dont nap.. hmmm a bit confusing. can't have that, that wont good for ma health..

another day gone by... nothing really special happened today,, although i woke up at six in the morning just to do taht stupid summaries from ilpol,, n guess wot tian,, didint taught us anything as usual.. man i wish i could squeeze his neck.. really i want to...

oh gosh,, boring again,,, always this boring,, although i did pay ma smester,, n i swear unpar so expensive every year,, hope it's worthy,,

Hi Harmony.. Howz you?? and u peeps howz u???

anyway, Harmony i'm so happy,, i finally cut ma hair,, i cant really post it yet, coz havent got the pic dont really have time to be narsisssss... and today harmony,, like the plan says,, i went shopping wiv ma mum, in alun2... not bad,, really tired though.. but happpy at the end..

first thing first, as usual went to uni, have class in the morning, bu tres seperti biasa sangat membosankan, tp aq mendengar sangat cermat ko.. after the morning class, i have pengganti kuliah ilpol.. seharusnya aq ikut yang jam satu harmony,, but please like im gonna wait 3 hours for it.. as if!!!! and as usual ilpol a.k.a ilmu politik tidak ptg,, kita hanya absen,, n then tian got us another rangkuman (long summary........) and that's why after i finished blogging i have to do it straight away... coz it's due TOMORROW!!!!!!!! that guy really messing wiv us students, harmony........................

then, after that went shopping deh!! mum bought two dress, well actually one stelan, n the other hanya keatasanya saja.. just the top..

i bought a really sexy black shoes, stiletto.. so gorgeous, n then rinda, ma big sis, we bought her pantyhose, a really sexy pantyhose.. as for dhaning, we bought her accesories to go wiv her purple dress.. lovely..

after shopping, i got a haircut, which is really annoying,, because it was supposed to ma turn next, but this other lady just came in n swept in above the list.. ahhhggghh so frustrating,,,, but luckily im happy with the final outcome of ma hair..

well,, harmony, i gotta go i really need to start on that summary,, curiga bakal begadang nih... ahhhhhhh!!!!!!
